Singapore domestic shipping

All domestic orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped on business days only.

While we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, processing times may occasionally be extended due to high order volumes or stock availability. Although we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, certain items may be placed on backorder and may experience slight delays.

In the event of any shipping delays, customers will be notified via email as soon as possible.

International shipping

International orders are shipped via Easyship and are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is usually up to 4 business days, excluding customs clearance. Transit times apply to business days only.

Please note that Malvinka Studio is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If an order is not collected and is returned due to unpaid customs fees or failure to clear customs, the item and any associated fees will not be refunded.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for information regarding duties and import regulations that may apply to you.
